Thoroughly enjoyed how excellent and absolutely charming the property was. Outstanding staff overseeing the dinner arrangements. - Beds were exceptionally comfortable. - View over the sea was awesome. - Everything was simply brand-new.

Incredible and lovely location - quite a walk from Otrobanda. A 15-minute ride to the airport. Spotless and recently renovated rooms with GREAT views of the ocean.

I was offered a room with awesome views of the ocean in one direction. The bathroom was good and the beds exceptionally comfortable. The pool was amazing and I had delicious drinks in the beach bar. The hotel location was super in a great location to downtown. And it was also near to all the shops that are built into the Rif Fort Mall and a short walk from the old town.

the resort offers a picturesque view of the ocean. the room is tastefully decorated and well-appointed. 3. the breakfast is hot, substantial, and includes lots of good foods. 4. the staff members are amazingly helpful and service-minded, especially when overseeing dinner arrangements.

As a staying guest of the Renaissance I wonder why you have to pay $ 10 a day for parking.

The Pool on there Roof...looks and feels like a 100% real Beach...the water is also real salted Sea water...just serious great.... I give this a 10+

There is no WiFi in the rooms...this is not good...we are living in 2012... Every Hotel this days has this...for the price of stay..$ 217 a night..and No WiFi is serious poor...I give this a 5-

1) Angelique (sp?) at our check-in on Nov 10 was terrific and very professional - she turned a potentially unsatisfactory situation into a pleasant experience, 2) the concierge bell hop, Shalomi was also excellent, professional and helpful. 3) the location was excellent.

The air conditioning vent blows right across the bed so at night, you get a chilly breeze. If you turn the a/c off, it gets warm.

We loved the queen room, it was great and had a nice view. Having coffee/tea facilities and a fridge was a nice touch. the location was fantastic, right at Riffort Village. 🌟

The size of the rooms and the facilities, especially the infinity pool.

The lobby was always overflowing with outsiders, mostly visitors to the Casino. This gave us an unsafe feeling. In addition, the public is free to go into the elevators to the rooms and at various times during our stay we came across young people hanging about, which were not staying at the hotel. Once we even had the feeling that two boys were looking out for rooms to break into.

Good location, friendly and helpful staff, very nice pool with great beach

The building and rooms are very nice and clean. the hotel offers fast check-in and late check-out. - the pool bar and pool are lovely. - Fabulous restaurant for breakfast.

The hotel were in Willemstad, which is perfect for go around the city and visit the differents Restaurants, The Museum etc. To visit beaches you need to take a tour or to go by taxi, which is expensive. But you could have the alternative to take a bus in Punda for 1.75 Florine or hire a car. I really love the city of Willemstad, it has so many things to do. For me it is ok if I go by tour to the beaches.

I really do not have complaints. We arrive at 10:00 A.m before the time to check in and we had our room. The only thing we did not have in the room were the coffe maker and the hair dryer but as soon as we asked we got it in the room.

Spa was closed but was not made aware until I called for an appt. Food service at pool was very slow
